Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY & RETURNS

The Little Journey from Us to You

DELIVERY

We will always try to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

However, please note that occasionally some orders may take slightly longer than normal to be delivered.

There are two options for delivery to UK addresses: Standard and Premium.

UK STANDARD - £4.00
Your purchase will be delivered by Royal Mail tracked first class within 2 to 3 working days.
You will be given a tracking number so that you can track your delivery.

UK PREMIUM - £6.00
Your purchase will be delivered by courier within 1 to 2 working days.
You will be given a tracking number so that you can track your delivery.
You will be required to sign for your delivery.  If you are not in, the courier service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver.  You can then pick up the purchase from your local post office.  

REST OF EUROPE - £10.00
We ship to many European countries.
Your purchase will be delivered by your local postal service as priority within 5-10 working days.
You will be required to sign for your delivery.  If you are not in, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver.  You will then be able to rearrange delivery with the local postal service.
All our products are shipped from the UK.  Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

USA AND CANADA - £12.00
Your purchase will be delivered by courier within 3 to 5 working days.
You will be given a tracking number so that you can track your delivery.
You will be required to sign for your delivery. If you are not in, the courier service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver. You can then pick up the purchase from your local depot. Alternatively they will attempt to deliver to you up to 3 more times.
All our products are shipped from the UK. Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

REST OF WORLD - £20.00
We ship to some other International countries – please see the list below.
Your purchase will be delivered by your local postal service as priority within 5-10 working days.
You will be required to sign for your delivery.  If you are not in, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver.  You will then be able to rearrange delivery with the local postal service.
All our products are shipped from the UK.  Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return it to us within 14 days of receipt.  Please use the Returns Slip provided with your delivery and return the item in its original condition.  Subject to STAY & BIRD receiving the item in its original condition, we will refund the original cost of the item (excluding delivery) but you must pay the postage for returning the item.

INCORRECT ITEMS
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, we apologise.  Please return it to us in its original condition using the Returns Slip provided with your delivery and we will send you the correct item.  We will refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.  Alternatively, if you wish, we will refund you fully, including the cost of returning the item to us.

MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your delivery, we apologise.  Please contact us at hello@stayandbird.com.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, please return it to us using the Returns Slip provided with your delivery.  If there is a fault with an item we apologise and we will send you a replacement item at no postage cost and reimburse you the cost of returning the faulty item.  Alternatively, if you wish, we will refund you fully, including the cost of returning it to us.

EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange an item please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition using the Returns Slip provided with your delivery.  Subject to Stay & Bird receiving the item in its original condition we will exchange the item according to your wishes subject to availability and either refund you the difference for a cheaper item, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive item.  You must pay the postage for returning the item but we will send you the replacement item free of charge.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations all EU customers may cancel any purchase within 7 working days, beginning with the day after receipt of the item.  Please contact us at hello@stayandbird.com should you wish to do so.  Any cancelled item must be returned to us in its original condition at your cost.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.

TIMESCALES
Please allow up to 28 days from the time we receive them for us to deal with returned items.

RETURNING ITEMS
Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.  Therefore we advise that you use a parcel or delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. International Customers please note that our Returns address is in the UK.
